    How To Live Like Swedes

    June 15, 2024 /

Perbincangan saya dengan seorang teman berkebangsaan Swiss, sebut saja Emilia, menjadi titik awal observasi saya terhadap orang-orang di sini. Catch-up dibalut ‘Fika’…

    Everything Happens For A Reason

    August 30, 2020 /

There were myriad moments in my life that made me difficult to forget. The moment when I failed the university admission exam, the moment I didn’t win a competition, and the moment when I lose some precious stuffs that belong to me. They were full of bad experience indeed. Not only because they were “pricey”, but also those stuff no longer could support me to run the day and the future. These are some stories I’m trying to recall that gave me immense lessons in life. I’m not sure to what extent the lessons have contributed to shape who I am today. But, the failure and loss as the result…

Why “I Don’t Have Time” Does Not Exist

    February 3, 2020 /

One thing that many people always complain about is regarding the limited time. We are so busy that we don’t have time for anything. We do want to read a good book, but we think that we just don’t have time. We try but to no avail. What about spending some precious time with family and friends? We too afraid that we don’t have time at the moment. What about sitting or lying around doing nothing? That’s a luxury we can’t really get. Because of our work, our business, and all the things that are really important to do, take up all of our time. However, worth noting, what exactly…

    A Recent Graduate’s Thought

    January 12, 2020 /

A couple of weeks before graduation, I could not handle the fear of being jobless. After my junior proceed the responsibility as an editor in chief, I still had no idea what I would become with my upcoming degree. I was questioning myself a lot, literally. Do I deserve to hold the degree? Am I qualified enough to be hired in a company? Or as simple as, how I could feed my hunger and pay the bills. A couple of months before finishing my thesis, there was a simple chit-chat among us, graduates-to-be. Some feared for not being a good student, thus they assumed they wouldn’t have a chance to…
